Huge Picker's sale...Part 1 in the Sand Canyon area of Canyon Country....Part 2 will be the following weekend with the upstairs of the house

This coming weekend...Part 1 will be the contents of 6 car Garage space's, outside and 2 other rooms full of stuff!!

Only partly organized...

Items range from very dirty to clean!

IN FULL DISCLOSURE...THE RATS HAD TAKEN OVER FOR A PERIOD OF TIME....AND SO YES....SOME OF THE WOOD,METAL AND GLASS ITEMS MAY HAVE EVIDENCE OF THAT

PARKING WILL BE A CHALLENGE...since the property is down a long long sloping driveway...Several cars can fit at the bottom and can turn around....we may need to limit how many cars at a time...the property can handle a Lot of people...but not cars...maybe we can shuttle people down.
