This is an online auction sale using CharityAuctionsToday web platform. Bidders must create an account and register a credit card to be used to pay for winning bids at the close of the auction.
The auction ends on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 12noon PDT at which time the auction will close and the highest bidder will win the item and the credit card registered will be charged. The winner will be notified and given the option to either pick up the winning item(s) at Claremont Heritage (840 N Indian Hill Blvd. Claremont, CA 91711, or to have them shipped or delivered for an extra charge.
All property offered and sold through Claremont Heritage, Inc., (the "Company") shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions of Sale.
Some of the lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve below which the lot will not be sold. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed.
By participating in any sale, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. Claremont Heritage, Inc. has made every effort to catalogue and describe accurately property to be sold. The Company, however, assumes no risk, liability or responsibility for the identification or authenticity or authorship, or weight, count, or measure of any property identified in its catalogue or lists of sale. This shall include, among others, the identity of the creator, the period, culture, source of origin with which the creation of any property is identified in any publication. In the case of inaccurate condition reports, the buyer may be eligible for a credit for a future auction if the buyer contacts the Company within 7 days of the auction closing.

This year’s auction highlights the work of renowned Claremont artists, including Betty Davenport Ford, Karl Benjamin, Phil Dike, Millard Sheets, Harrison McIntosh, Rupert Deese, William Manker, Paul Soldner, Jean Ames, Eric Darrow and many many more.
Items include: paintings, serigraphs, ceramics, sculpture, photography, and more by noted mid-century artists!

Our 2025 Annual Home Tour, October 12, 2025 from 10am - 4pm celebrates seven Claremont homes designed and built during the mid-century and illustrate the importance of “preserving the recent past.” Modern and ranch style homes are featured and include a mid-century masterwork by Jo Paul Rognstad, who later worked in Honolulu and designed eighteen skyscrapers that changed the city’s skyline. The home of Charles Phoenix, mid-century pop culture humorist and historian is on the tour, as well as the home of Peter Drucker, visionary and author, whose ideas reshaped management, business and society.
