- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

It’ll be warm outside, but the house will be cooool – come see us this THURSDAY & FRIDAY in Clovis near Minnewawa & Nees for a super clean, variety-filled estate. The photos below are only part of what’s available – more photos will be posted along with the address late Wednesday.
High quality furniture, bedding, and home décor from top brands; Drexel, Kling, Sealy, and more. Original artwork and many desirable framed works in an array of tastes and genres. A fully stocked kitchen! From prep to plate and everything in between from OXO, Mikasa, Pfaltzgraff, Cuisinart, Pyrex, Corning Ware, and more. Many pieces of lead crystal stemware, pitchers, decanters, and other entertaining pieces.
Outside there are many patio sets and individual pieces, potted plants, and fun yard décor. The shed holds a variety of long-handled tools, power equipment, and anything else you need to maintain a yard this beautiful! Need to feel the wind in your hair? How about a Yamaha VSTAR motorcycle or one of the many bikes hanging around? There’s lots of outdoor fun equipment, recreation items, and tools to unwind. Did you SEE that LaserDisc collection!? So many classics in one spot, you could turn your garage into the baddest summer drive-in around – second only to Bobby’s, of course. (He doesn’t have a LaserDisc though, so you’ll have an edge on him there.)

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
REAL ESTATE: This clean and wonderfully maintained home will soon be available! Come take a long, slow walk-through during the sale and see if this spacious and private home is a good fit for your family.
ROAD HAZARDS: This area has a street cleanup scheduled soon, and thus there’s lots of debris along the curbs. Be careful where you put your tires – be aware of where you’re parking.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: Finally! Ample parking. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉
MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
