Treasure Hunt Round 2!

We’re back with our Friends this week for Round 2 of the ‘East of Old Town Treasure Hunt!’ The outbuildings are empty, there’s more to explore and plenty great times to be had this THURSDAY & FRIDAY. We’ve added LOTS of great finds – Photography equipment for shooting and darkroom production – cameras, lenses, enlargers, chemicals, timers and tools. More audio equipment, Yamaha keyboards, electric guitars, amps & more.

Several black powder replica firearms, BB and Pellet guns. While you don’t need a firearms license to buy or own any of these guns, they will need to be purchased by a grownup. (For some of you ol boys that might mean bringing your wives out to vouch for you 😉)

Many nice quality clocks, tools, gas powered equipment, wood carvings, vintage Levi’s clothing, cool books, and lots of Misc. around. Nice, clean Tempurpedic Queen mattress, solid wood furniture and much more this THURSDAY & FRIDAY – 7:00 – 1:00ish.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)

TWO LINES THIS WEEK: One starting at the front door for indoor items, the second on driveway for garage/outdoor items. You may leave a bag as your place in line, but please don’t leave the vicinity – you should be findable around the area.

TERRAIN: Watch your step around the outside areas of the property. Several areas with uneven ground, trip hazards, and twisty ankle potential. No one wants to fall in front of their friends, use your eyes and give plenty attention to your surroundings.

PARKING: Ample parking. Please do NOT park in the driveway unless loading. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉

MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home.
