- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Head across to the opposite end of town for a GORGEOUS and FULL Estate in Clovis this Friday and Saturday! Well worth the scenic drive out to the Sierra & Del Rey area.
Inside the home you will find a tidy space, staged and well-represented while on the market. While this is technically a downsizing sale, everything you see in the photos that isn’t nailed down, or attached to the house is for sale! There is a nice collection of solid wood furniture, comfy modern sofas and chairs, and the showstopper Structures E255 adjustable base bed with **** mattresses in excellent condition. There are two additional queen beds with mattresses from Sealy and Spring Air, tucked away under mattress protectors and nice, clean sheets. There’s a boatload of linens, blankets, and towels, also fresh and clean. Beautiful scalloped edge bar height breakfast table, and an oak dining table with 4 chairs. Check out that incredible, over-built sewing/utility table! My kind of jam right there – sturdy and functional with a removable top for easy moving. Lots of cleaning supplies, smalls, and “junk drawers” to explore that aren’t necessarily pictured here. Don’t let the cleanliness of the house fool you! There’s plenty to be found.
Outside there’s a TON of goodness to be had! High quality tools, woodworking specialty items, and many GAS POWERED TOOLS. Not one, but TWO gas powered riding mowers (Craftsman 8200 Pro Series and a John Deere LT150) that start right up with no fuss, a weed eater, backpack blower, and multiple chainsaws. Outdoor gear – ice chests, fishing equipment, wet suits, camping gear, and more. Heavy duty work tables, tool boxes – both large, small and everything in between! As you see in photos, lots of hand tools and power tools from all different well known brands ranging from vintage to new.
There’s a killer golf cart with a surprisingly agile turn radius – ask how I know! Two generators, including a super quiet Honda EU2000i. Concrete mixer, plenty long handle tools, gardening items, chemicals, irrigation items, fittings, electrical supplies, and and and! If this is all too much to take in at once you can retreat to the patio to catch your breath. There’s a beautiful view and several chairs and tables to choose from. There’s a Kenmore 80 Series Washer and a GE Electric dryer, and a basic top/bottom fridge in the garage.

HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: There’s plenty of parking – PLEASE NO PARKING ON THE GRASS!
