You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

As usual, all of our sales are by appointment only. To attend, you must email your full name and a contact number. Once you do this, I will send you the address and instructions the night before the sale. There is no need to email multiple times if you do not hear back from me immediately. I will send the information at the latest by 9 pm the night before you wish to attend.

Parking PLEASE READ
This sale is located at the end of a cuL de sac with no parking, You will need to park several houses away or on an adjacent street and walk a few minutes in order to avoid congestion and upsetting neighbors. Thank you.

When you email requesting an appointment, please provide your full name and a contact number. This is so we can verify you are who you say you are. We do not market or sell your information and will not add you to our regular notification list unless you request us to do so.

Park so you do not block neighbors, driveways or hinder access.
As most of our sales are in upscale, gated communities, certain protocols need to be followed. If you text or call during the sale, it is highly likely that you will not be answered. You will need to contact me the day before by email so that I can advise you what appointments are available. I submit guest lists to the gate 24 hours ahead of time so please keep that in mind.
