Shipping is available for all items won at the auction.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging, handling, and insurance.
We will make every effort to arrange the shipment of items within two weeks of receiving cleared payment, unless otherwise specified.
Furniture and other large or heavy items may require additional time and specialized shipping arrangements. Please contact us for further details.
A packaging service fee will be charged for each shipped item to cover the cost of proper packaging and materials.
The shipping fee will include the cost of a specially designed box for the item, ensuring its safe transportation.
Full payment, including shipping costs, must be received before the item is shipped from our premises.
Items that are not eligible for shipping must be picked up within two weeks from the date of payment.
If items are not picked up within the specified timeframe, a monthly storage fee will be applied.
Any items remaining uncollected after 60 days from the sell-by date will be considered abandoned, and the auction house reserves the right to take appropriate actions.
Payment
All items won at the auction must be paid for within three (3) business days from the date of the auction.
Payments can be made via accepted methods, including cash, certified check, wire transfer, or credit card.
The purchase price for LiveAuctioneers buyers at auctions will be the final bid price, plus a 28% buyer's premium.
Invoices must be settled in full before the buyer can retrieve the items won.
In the event of non-payment within the specified timeframe, the auction house reserves the right to take legal action or cancel the sale at its discretion.
If a dispute arises regarding payment, the auction house's decision will be final and binding.
All applicable taxes, including sales tax or any other government-imposed taxes, will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the final purchase price, where applicable.
Once payment has been received and cleared, the auction house will provide a receipt and assist in arranging for the pickup or shipment of the items.
