This desk set is a genuine Tiffany. The next picture will show the mark.Just in case, it reads "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1090"The desk on which the Tiffany desk set has a lot of classical styling. There is a closer view of the bust a little later in the pictures. This dish set is also from Tiffany. The maker's mark is in the next photo. This is tricky to read, but it says, "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 167?" To be fair, it could be "167" or "1671"; you be the judge. This is a Tiffany pen tray holder, marked on the reverse with "1755".In this case, the mark is easier to determine: "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1755".This sale has two of these intricately carved chests, both with Asian-inspired scenes. Look carefully as the carvings are different on the chests. These are fine examples of this work. This painting is by Walter Farrington Moses. These are vintage standing lamps and are certainly worth a look.Speaking of lamps, this table lamp will also start some conversations.I think this is a painting by Eugene Dunlap. The signature is in the bottom-right corner. For a change of pace, if you were looking for a Whirlpool refrigerator, here is the perfect specimen. There are three different items in this photo: the mirror, the Sèvres-style French clock, and the wall table. The lamp is certainly a Tiffany-style. Come see it up close and in greater detail. One of the many rugs is here, as well as the table. Here we have a bedframe and some of the bedding that goes with it.This chair is interesting and works well next to the lamp. This display cabinet can house all manner of collections. In this case, the collection is of pickle jars and biscuit containers. This is a rather large four-poster day bedframe. Full-size? That's what it seems to be.This painting is a fun one. I can't quite read the artist's signature in the lower-left corner, but surely you can...if you come to the sale. This landscape is by Edward Langley. It's a bit tricky to pick out but the signature is of "Alexander Helwig Wyant".This painting is by R. V. Goetz from 1949, according to the signature.;Here we have an American southwest landscape by F. M. Moore, or Frank Montague Moore.I see "R. Hilberg" in the signature but perhaps I'm reading it wrong. If you're wondering about this artist, the signature says, "John A. Conner".Here we have a carved bust made from Carrara marble.Remember earlier when I said there was a close-up view of the statue on top of the desk? Here it is.There are several items to note here: the globe, the two table lamps, and the bookshelf full of books in the background. Any one of those could make this sale worth it for you.The signature on the base says, "Remington". This photo shows a few of the framed art, along with several other decorative baskets, bowls, and platesYou'll want to take a look at this chandelier as it is a Muller Freres design. This is an overview of the living room, with all its contents.
