1. Eligibility:
• The estate sale is open to all customers, subject to item availability.
2. Sale Duration:
• The sale will take place on the announced start and end dates. All purchases must be completed within this timeframe.
3. Entry & Numbers System:
• Numbers for entry will be distributed on the day of the sale.
• The specific hours for number distribution will be listed in the sale description—please check there for details.
• Customers will be admitted in order according to their assigned number at the official opening time.
• If you are not present when your number is called, you will need to wait until the next available entry opportunity.
• There is no early access, pre-sales, or price inquiries before the official opening.
4. Entry & Security Policies:
• Bag Restrictions: Shopping bags, large purses, and oversized totes are not allowed inside the sale. Customers may be asked to leave them in their vehicles.
• Bag Checks: Any bags or personal items brought inside are subject to inspection upon entry and/or exit.
• Right to Refuse Entry: SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with creating a fair and enjoyable shopping environment.
5. Pricing:
• All items are priced as marked. Prices are non-negotiable.
• Additional discounts or promotions, if any, are subject to SoCal Home Clear Outs’ discretion.
6. All Sales Final:
• All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
7. Payment Methods:
• Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. If a deposit has been made online, the remaining balance must be paid upon pickup.
8. Warranty & Liability:
• Items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees.
• SoCal Home Clear Outs is not responsible for defects, damage, or other issues with purchased items.
9. Item Pickup & Delivery:
• Customers must bring their own help to load and transport bulky or heavy items.
• Customers must provide their own transportation (e.g., truck, trailer, etc.).
• Delivery services may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs and the property owner(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring inside or outside the premises.
11. Modification of Terms:
• SoCal Home Clear Outs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the sale at any time without prior notice.

📍 Location: 1525 W MacArthur Blvd, Suite 13, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
📅 Dates & Times: September 20th & 21st | 8 AM to 3 PM
🎟️ Early Access Entry: Pick up your entry number between 7:30–8:00 AM. Doors open at 8:00 AM, and we’ll admit 10 shoppers at a time. As people leave, new numbers will be called so everyone gets a turn.

✨ A Sale with History
We’re honored to host a special off-site estate sale at our Costa Mesa warehouse. These treasured personal belongings were collected from around the world in a Los Alamos, NM home by a Norwegian builder and his Realtor wife who ran a Bed & Breakfast for many years. The New Mexico couple hosted weddings, notable scientists, foreign missionaries, Rotary exchange students, opera singers, musicians, and government contractors.
Many items were local to the Santa Fe area plus host gifts from distinguished guests, and souvenirs collected during their travels across Europe, from the Arctic Circle to Italy, and points between. Blended with personal heirlooms, this final collection features unique European and Scandinavian flare, with Southwestern touches.These antique and vintage items each have their own story and timeless character. Chefs and gracious hosts will be especially pleased with the findings from a custom commercial kitchen. Some service ware pieces are in numbers for small weddings and/or showers.
