If the house is crowded there might be a short wait at the door for admittance. So be prepared to wait a short time. We will let people in as space provides!
Entering the house will be on a space available basis, you may have to wait a few minutes to allow for people to spread out.
Thanks to all our customers for being patient with us, clean outs have been our latest endeavors, but we are back for one of our special clients.
We are working in a beautiful 1908 original craftsman house. This is a beautiful two story with all natural woods and finishes. Please do not ask, the original light fixtures and cabinet handles are NOT for sale.
You walk into this very large living room with a large over stuffed chair with ottoman, some really nice art, a modern clown riding on horse drawn cart. The couches in this home are immaculate with no wear.
Some nice tables. Then you enter the dining room. There is an Ethan Allen dining room set with 6 chairs. Again, very well cared for. You will also find some very nice signed art glass and statuary, This room also has some very nice artwork. All the artwork in this house is signed, most are numbered lithographs from well known artists. There is one Disney cell with a COA. We also have a vintage comic collection, 1963 to 1971 superman, Lois Lane in reasonable condition.
There is crystal, everyday kitchenware, we also have an original hand made ring quilt.
There is a bit of Waterford crystal and one Tiffany & Co glass vase.
There are also artist designed wooden vases also by famous artists. We have a very rare, hand painted picture of the Red Cross, painted by Steven Zapata.
Then you can go up a wooden staircase. There are 60's and 70's rock and roll vinyl mixed with a bit of orchestra. 2 leather recliners (not electric) There is some women's clothing, size is TBD and some men's suits.
Some really nice professional style table cloths. There are two parrot bird cages, and elliptical exerciser.
We have a patio set, 2 bikes in the garage, three tough sheds, and some miscellaneous tools.
There is a radio controlled airplane but not sure if it works or not.
This is a really nice sale to view and see the house with some fine treats.
We will be starting one hour later at 8am instead of usual 7am because of the distance.

4/17/25 UPDATE
First added item is the family brought back some old pawn sterling silver and turquoise bracelets and
rings. Most is very old silver. Also a small collection of gold cameo shell jewelry.
They brought back two string guitars, one is a Yamaha C-100 and the other is a Gibson.
The garage has two bikes, and a large pull cart that hooks to a large bike.
They said it was okay to sell, there is a one year old LG thin Q stainless color stackable washer and dryer.
We found and older sears sewing machine
