This is a private, one-time estate sale of personal property from a lifelong Covina home (estate of a loved one). By entering, attending, or purchasing, you agree to these terms:
1. All Sales Final – As-Is
All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties of any kind (express or implied). No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after purchase. Buyers must inspect items thoroughly before buying—condition varies as these are pre-owned, lifetime-collected pieces. We encourage careful examination.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as marked (haggling is possible on most items; ask staff). We reserve the right to adjust or hold items. Accepted payments: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle only. No other forms accepted. Payment required at time of purchase.
3. Removal & Pickup
All purchased items must be paid for and removed from the property by Sunday at 4:00 PM (end of sale). No storage, holds, or pickups after that time—any unremoved items may be considered abandoned. Staff may assist with loading when possible, but we cannot guarantee help (especially for heavy/large items). Bring your own help, boxes, packing materials, tools, dollies, and transportation.
4. Sale Rules
- No pre-sales, holds, layaway, or early entry without explicit permission.
- First come, first served—no saving spots or reserving items.
- No smoking, pets (service animals only), food/drinks inside the home, or unsupervised children.
- Park courteously—respect neighbors and do not block neighbors driveways.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, ask anyone to leave, or decline sales.
5. Liability & Safety
Neither the estate representatives, family, nor homeowners are responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, damage to vehicles/property, or loss of items. Enter, browse, and shop at your own risk. Watch your belongings and children.

This is the final clearance sale for the same beloved Covina Hills estate — everything that remains must go.The home belonged to a 99-year-old Ecuadorian teacher who lived here for over 60 years. What's left is a wonderful mix of collectibles, furniture, and household treasures, and we are pricing everything to move. No reasonable offer will be turned down.
