We urge all visitors to avoid blocking roadways, driveways, or sidewalks when parking. To maintain an orderly experience, please don't enter or line up on the property before 8:00 AM on the day of the sale.

**Payment Information:** Please note that we are a cash-only business, and we do not accept checks or credit cards. However, we do accept Zelle transactions, which are subject to certain limits.

**Respectful Shopping Atmosphere:** We kindly request that all shoppers be courteous to both fellow customers and our staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in service refusal.

**Dress for the Occasion:** Dress according to the weather and be prepared for the possibility of waiting in line, as we have a maximum capacity for the number of people allowed on the property at one time. All items purchased must be collected by the end of the sale, as we do not hold items.

**Sale Conditions:** Please note that all items are sold in their current condition, AS-IS and WHERE-IS, and must be removed by the buyer on the same day.

**Safety Precautions:** Exercise caution at all times, as we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. Also, for your convenience, please keep in mind that the bathrooms will be closed during the event.

**Limited Entry:** Due to the overwhelming volume of items in the home, we will limit the number of shoppers allowed inside at any given time. Entry will be based on a first-in-line, first-served policy. Any lists created by customers will be discarded and not honored.

**Jewelry Viewing Policy:** For safety and fairness, only one customer will be allowed to examine the jewelry at a time. Please sign up after entering the home.

**Parking Guidelines:** We request that all visitors park safely and legally along the street. Please do not block any driveways or disturb our neighbors in any way. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
