True Legacy Estate Sales

Welcome to another True Legacy estate sale. This weekend we will be in Fallbrook. It is a private gated community--we will have someone at the gate to let you in. The only parking is at the club house--ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ANYWHERE ELSE!! Below is a list of some of the items you will find:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. We will provide an official True Legacy signup sheet on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am, so be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party.

2. We highly suggest checking pictures again Thursday night as owners may take/remove items from the sale that day.

3. Please do not block neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up something or staying for a few minutes. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in the middle of any cul-de-sac. Be respectful of the neighborhood.

4. If you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture, we recommend bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents from home. We also partner with a third party delivery service. Ask us how it works and we will provide you more information.

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Double check your items before purchasing. Thank you!
