SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
TERRAIN: The yard areas are overgrown and slippery after the long week of rains – BE VERY AWARE WHERE YOU’RE STEPPING and take the paths that are already beaten down. The brick areas have some slippery spots – be extra careful there as well.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. PARKING: Ample parking available! Please take it easy on our neighbors easements and front yard areas. The rain has made everything muddy and soft. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and be courteous to our neighbors.
