Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.

However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. Taste and treasure from around the globe this week – we’re looking forward to seeing you all! There are beautiful solid wood, midcentury furnishings and many imported estate quality pieces throughout. Each room in the house has well-cared for, desirable furnishings, art, and home decor.
Thomasville Formal dining table with two leaves and 6 padded ratan chairs in beautiful condition and matching Thomasville hutch. Handsome, overstuffed Thomasville sofa in like new condition – fun, unique shape, too! Truly stunning vintage Japanese Kumiko 5 panel screen divider, absolutely pristine condition, two antique Geisha dolls in protective glass cases, and other Japanese art. Original framed Chinese batik from Leland Art House. Ornately hand carved brass lamps from Morocco. Hand carved brass candlesticks – giant and gorgeous from Siam. Lots of crystal drinkware and serving pieces, juxtaposed with several monkey pod wooden serving pieces. A fun, less formal formica dining table and 4 *rolling* vinyl chairs, cozied up next to a matching MCM sideboard – fabulous pieces.
There’s a sizable collection of Wedgewood China and Royal Copenhagen plates, mainly ranging from the 1960s-1980s. A fine collection of Beswick Toby Jugs. Art buy Boris O’Klein, Beverly Frost, Barbara Mock, Leland Art House, Ernst Geissendorfer, an misc signed artist proofs, carved teak wood wall hanging and more. A pair of Blanc de Chine reticulated porcelain lamps in gorgeous condition.There are two solid wood beds, a full with a Sealy mattress and a cal king with a Serta iComfort hybrid California King mattress set (2-Twin XL together.) Thomasville lowboy dresser and small chest of drawers from Lea The Bedroom People. Leather La-Z-Boy recliner, cane barrel chair, and a Lane power recliner with lift assistance, plush and comfy!
In the garage there’s a lovely little Christmas collection, TONS of stamping and other craft supplies, an 8MM editing machine, various tools, household items and much more! There is some shelving, a desk, filing cabinet and TV stand as well. Lots of little odds and ends to entertain the hands while you chat with your fellow Estate Sailors!
Everything in this estate is super clean, and immaculately cared for on top of being the highest quality. Come see us this Friday and Saturday, it’s going to be fun!
SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
TERRAIN: The home is situated on a bit of an incline, requiring either the use of steps or hiking up a somewhat steep driveway to enter and exit.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
PARKING: Ample parking available! Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and be courteous to our neighbors.
