Description & Details
It’s finally here the FUNKY, FUNCTIONAL, FUN-FILLED collection of a lifelong Estate Sailor©, inventor, and adventurer. Every room has something unique and smile inducing- from throwback toys and collectibles to quirky functional inventions, there is amusement around every corner. I mean, come on, there’s a WATER BED with a bearskin rug on top!
There’s a great mix of items ranging from antique to modern. In the living room there’s a beautiful Singer treadle sewing machine, Aldrich upright piano, cozy sofas and chairs, and a cute drop leaf oak rolling cart. An adorably playful bear holds up a glass coffee table while the monkeys monkey around. Gorgeous crystal standing ashtray that’s so fabulous Bobby and I considered taking up smoking! All this surrounded by matching oak accent furniture.
Lots of camping gear both vintage and new from names you trust like Coleman, Igloo, Rubbermaid and more. Everything you would need for an overnight outing in the woods: cookware, shelter, comfort items, cooking gear, and FINALLY some fishing gear and tackle to catch your dinner with! If water sports are more your thing we’ve got a surf board and a Solo-X tube ready to launch you across the next wake. Pack it all up in the handsome & sturdy cargo trailer and head for the hills!
There are many vintage and modern toy and novelty items to be enjoyed. SEGA (some of you could hear that one!) Genesis system with 11 games, controllers, and the coveted Game Genie! There is a handful of old camera equipment and several boxes of electronics items to explore. Don’t hate me ’cause I’m a little cooler (collection) – there’s every variety of cooler you might want including vintage Coleman and a new Tommy Bahama roll away on the patio. There are several large pieces of leather and a box and a half of small scraps ready to be turned into a lifelong treasure. There are also tooling items and different patterns. TONS of tools to create all around the estate. Our guy was creative and wicked smart – be sure to check out his many entries from the Big Fresno Fair! He was such a unique inventor he inspired his own new category – “The Redneck Division” that netted him multiple well-earned ribbons.
A vintage work wear PARADISE! A couple dozen pair of vintage Levi’s 501 button fly jeans, Dickies and Sears brand overalls, Big Mac work wear, so many Wrangler pearl snap shirts, vintage McGregor and Levi’s button-downs, several different styles of vintage jackets, trucker hats, flannels, boots, etc. most of the pants run on the slimmer side, sizes
31-32, and the shirts are generally medium and large.
If the waterbed is too fun for you there is also a full size brass bed with super clean Beautyrest Executive mattress and box spring. Whirlpool washer and electric dryer pair in the garage, nice and clean inside.
Speaking of the garage! There is a 1987 Yamaha YZ250 dirt bike on a trailer alongside a 1990 KTM dirt bike. Both have spare parts hanging around and were super well maintained. Very clean, pristine condition for their age. There’s also a 1970 Suzuki ready to be parted out, with lots of spare parts hanging around. Hanging above the bikes in the garage you will see an Acme foldable canvas boat! Use it as a boat or a brilliant conversational piece of decor! There are a couple beautiful vintage motors hanging around from Bendix Aviation Corp and a Johnson Sea Horse with its original crate! Dozens and dozens of hand tools and power tools. 20-gallon air compressor and several air tools. Metal working equipment. Welding items from Airco, and Lincoln Electric, tanks, hoses, media, everything you need to get started. Maytag Model 92 Kickstart Engine, and just too much more to list!
JACKPOT! Tons of gold prospecting and panning equipment. Sluice boxes from Keene, pumps, hoses, pans and separators, everything you need to strike it rich!*
Ron was “our people” and his collection shows it through and through – let’s hang out, have some laughs and honor the FANTASTIC collection of one of our own.
*Results may vary. But if the results are really, really good don’t forget where you came from. 😂
