- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

Vintage wicker furniture from Pier 1 in exceptional condition, several matching, like-new pieces. Various art pieces – signed & numbered print of ‘The Harvest’ from Eric Zener, framed Picasso print & more. Sofa from La-Z-Boy, solid wood Queen bedroom suite from Carlisle Collection, two convertible love seat sleepers, twin bed with pull-out trundle style roll-away, rocking chairs and more. Lots of women’s clothing from desirable top-name brands – Lands End, Eddie Bauer, Pendleton, Chicos, and many others, primarily in size Large.
There is a GE washer and Kenmore electric dryer, and Kenmore classic style fridge in the kitchen. Beautiful Noritake Winsome stoneware collection as well as a wonderful collection of hand-crafted stoneware pitchers and a couple pieces of Roseville pottery. 1962 Schwinn Hollywood Cruiser. Vintage books. Patio furniture and a handful of outdoor tools.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
REAL ESTATE: This clean and wonderfully maintained home will soon be available! Come take a long, slow walk-through during the sale and see if this spacious and private home is a good fit for your family.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: Finally! Ample parking. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉
MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
