1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
2. No public restrooms will be available.

While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.   NOTE: the sale will open at 10 am, but the garage will open two hours later at 12 noon on Friday.  We're excited to bring you another fantastic estate sale!  Here's a sneak peek at what you can typically expect to find:

The front of the sale, so you can recognize it when the sale starts.We'll start this time with a holiday decoration collection, as well as living room furniture.Here you can see a nice display shelving unit, and lots of figurines, books, and other media.This sofa is quite comfortable and would look great in your place.Here is another picture of the sofa, and you can see a corner of the coffee table. In the background, a china cabinet is available. More on that piece later.This is a better picture of the coffee table next to the sofa. Yes, that is a glass top.In this photo, there are a number of different items, including a stationary cycling machine, a vacuum cleaner and accessories, a few pieces of art on the wall above DVDs or Blu-Rays.This chair was seen a bit in a different photo. The ramp-like item could be good for a short pet to get up to your lap. The box on the chair is a large jewelry box.Here, of course, you can see a couple of wooden folding chairs, a cushioned bench, and a small tri-fold screen. But don't forget the painting on the wall.Here is a photo of the kitchen dishware and serving pieces. You can also see the country-style china cabinet much better now, too.This picture is of the same dishes and serving pieces, but from a different angle.In this room, the side table on the left supports a table lamp, while there is a small area rug in front of the fireplace irons, candle holder, and vases. There are a lot of books in the sale, not just here, but in other areas. And the framed artwork and chair, don't forget those.This room has a matching sofa and loveseat, plus the glass-top coffee table. The triangular tray on the table is unusual.This is an Ethan Allen cabinet. Here it is used for crystal and glasses, but you can use it for anything you want.This is that cabinet when the doors are closed.And here is the detail picture of the maker's stamp.We haven't had a roll-top desk in our sales recently, but this sale has one. You'll want to come take a closer look at this piece; it is in great condition.Out in the garage, this radial arm saw is mounted on a mobile platform for working in different areas of the space. There is also a wall-mounted storage box behind the saw. There are also lots of woodworking jigs all around the space, so be on the lookout for those.This is a Craftsman Professional table saw. There are multiple saw plates for different blades. No doubt several of the jigs and sleds will fit the table saw. There are a number of Rockler-branded woodworking accessories.On the wooden table is a compound mitre saw. You can also see the two ladders on the left and the large shop vacuum on the right.Next to the large shop vacuum is an air compressor, and in the box is a smaller shop vacuum. There are other woodworking tools in the boxes on the shelf unit.There are more than a few chemicals and other tools and accessories in the garage, too.The central table has a lot of various powered and unpowered tools on it. There are jigsaws, sanders, a biscuit cutter, several 90 degree clamps, powered router bits, extension cables, and more.Under the tabletop here is a large collection of various homemade jigs and sleds. On top, a couple of fans, a leaf blower, and other pieces. Look on the sides here, and you'll find T-squares, router circle tools, and more.This table features a mixture of miscellaneous tools, including a set of dowels, ready to align and join stuff together. Honestly, it is better for you to come by and see what is here. Remember, the garage opens at noon on Friday, not at 10: 00 am. On Saturday, it will open at 10 am.In this garage corner, there are a couple sets of golf clubs, a very large duffel bag, and a few long clamps hanging on the wall. The tub on the floor contains a collection of woodworking magazines.This is another view of the central table. Underneath the table is a large television. There are a couple of older-style tool carriers. Again, come by the sale to see what it has.Here are a pair of matching white chairs that could be yours. In case you're in the market for barstools, here is a nice set of four.There are some clothes in the sale, but not a huge quantity.Outside in the back you'll find a decent patio table and chairs. There is this Weber barbeque grill, one of the round styles.And then there is this larger gas grill that could be yours for a good price.This just added to the sale: a full-size Ergo-Pedic electric bed.This is the remote control for the Ergo-Pedic bed.
