We charge sales tax at all of our events. Sales tax for Los Angeles is 10.25%
Nostalgia Estate Sales (NES) and its Client are not responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may occur on their private property during the estate sale event. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the provenance, merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their personal property. NES and its Client are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendance at the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Attendees are responsible for breakage. Estate sale attendees entering any restricted areas will earn an immediate expulsion from the premises. Bullying or harassment of neighbors, other guests or staff will also result in expulsion. Security will be present at this sale, checking all receipts at the door.
We will offer orderly pick up access for those who need assistance moving items and furniture out of the house. Street parking available but limited. Do not block neighboring driveways. Please call us for further parking access help: 747-296-9496.
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds allowed. First day we are enforcing a strict no-haggling policy. On the final day of the sale, most items will be offered at a discount of 20–50% off the listed price, unless specifically marked as firm price. If an item has a marked list price, the discount applies directly to that price. If no list price is displayed, the verbally quoted price given by staff will already reflect the discount. Items designated as firm price are not subject to discounting.
Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Estate Sale items not picked up by end of the last day of available pick up will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.

Nostalgia Estate Sales is pleased to present a special estate sale in a 100+ year-old Spanish Colonial home located near Kenneth Village in Glendale. This residence has been thoughtfully furnished over several decades with pieces acquired through travel and collecting. The interior reflects an eclectic mix of traditional furniture and decorative arts, including several pieces that were sourced and shipped from Florence, Italy and nearby areas, alongside American and European-influenced designs.
The home features a distinctive assortment of furniture representing a variety of historical styles including French Empire, French Provincial, Italianate, Victorian, English Regency, traditional American Colonial, and early Republic-period Chinese influences. Many of the pieces display fine veneers, decorative carving, and period hardware characteristic of traditional European craftsmanship.
Among the highlights:
• European antique display cabinet with Moorish-arched glazing and inlaid veneers
• French Empire Burlwood dining table with woven-seat chairs
• Carved Chinese-influenced demilune and decorative console tables
• Substantial traditional bedside tables, wardrobes and cabinets
• Oriental rugs in classic medallion and floral patterns
• Decorative candelabras and wrought-iron floor candle stands

• Vinyl records, CDs and DVDs
Outdoors, the property includes a large collection of Classic Revival patio furniture featuring wrought-iron seating groups with stone tabletops, along with traditional terracotta garden pottery ideal for patios and courtyards.
Seasonal collectors will also find a selection of vintage and retro Christmas and Easter decorations, along with practical household items including kitchenware, barware, and serving pieces.
The garage is packed with useful finds, including bicycles, assorted hardware, and a wide range of gardening tools and supplies.
