We love pets, but cannot have pets inside the home. If you were out walking your dog, and see our sign , you can doggie outside with your friend or tied up. We will have water out for the doggies. The dogs cannot come in the home. Thank you for understanding.
We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid sellers permit number.
Parking is on street only. Please do not block any of our neighbors driveways.
PLEASE NOTE : We are not responsible for any accidents injuries or loss on this property and we are exempt from responsibility regarding Covid or Covid related issues or conditions.
Buyer will be responsible for moving all large items. We will accommodate you time -wise for moving large items . there are stairs on this property please be advised to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for stairs.
