No pre-selling or giving out prices prior to the sale.
A friend of ours from church passed away a few months ago and we volunteered to do his estate sale with no commission.
The sale is in Grass Valley. Off of Nevada City highway look for signs above Fowler shopping center. On the same side of the street as Save Mart and b&c Ace hardware. Directly across the street from Grass Valley Florist. Address will be live at 6:00 in the morning.
He was a contractor, a beekeeper and a musician. Sale includes workshop, large yard and house.
