Someone will LOVE the beautiful king sized midcentury modern bed (in need of refurbishment) and matching dresser (in good condition).

Higher priced items: A select number of valuable items including Colonnade Black Wedgewood china. Service for nine with 75+ pieces and 140+ pieces of Oneida Cityscape Flatware, Manchester 18th Century clock, Lladro pieces.

Other: Lots of men’s clothing and women's clothing, art supplies, books, medical aids. Also lots of items not pictured as we are still bringing items in from other families. 

TOOLS, TOOLS, TOOLS!!! Airplane hangar connected to property is full of tools and supplies from a professional mechanical engineer. Two welding set ups, parts cleaner, engine mount, engine jack, metal press, small hand tools, tool boxes (handled and one rolling), cable winch pullers, a vast quantity of screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, etc. Multiple sets including newer and a TON of vintage Craftsman tools and “Sears” tools, Wilton bench vice. I am not in huge hurry to sell hanger contents, so will be asking fair prices, particularly for the Craftsman items

Also have extensive collection of books on engineering, planes, flying, vintage Jaguars and other classic cars. HUGE quantity of every size of nuts, bolts, washers, fittings, raw materials, paints, spray paints (most of these you can take for no charge)

Home located on Aileen Way in Alta Sierra. I'll have extensive signs. Park respectfully on street and walk up to house. Close parking available for those picking up larger items.
