Spanning over four decades of curated acquisition, the estate includes original WWII-era military and scientific instruments — many of which were once used by U.S. Army, Navy, and Allied forces during the 1930s and 1940s. Among the highlights are precision-engineered theodolites, field microscopes, telescopic sights, naval optics, communications equipment and instruments — many bearing military engravings, serial numbers, and War Department markings. Several pieces were originally sourced from decommissioned U.S. military depots, government auctions, etc.
