COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
4) No returns, no exchanges.
5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at our sale!  There are several fine items you could come and purchase.  Here are a few of the items you can find this time around:

Here is the front of the sale location, so you know what to look for when you get to the sale.This silver serving set could use a good polishing, but would look fabulous when completed!There is also a set of Noritake china, as is evidenced by this photo.This is a picture of the Noritake china available in the sale.  Keyboard pattern.There is a second set of Noritake, this time Stanton.Here is a detail of the Noritake Stanton pattern on the plates.This is a better view of the Stanton pattern of the Noritake china.Here is a better picture of a four-person service for the Noritake Stanton china.There is another set of Franciscan dishware, this time with the Wheat pattern. This pattern is Wheat.This is a photo of a very nice oval wall-mounted mirror.  You can get a sense of scale by looking at the reflection.This console-style cabinet looks very stylish.  The tapered legs, the rich wood color, and the sliding front doors.  You want this, you really do.Here is a picture of some of the Waterford crystal items: stemware, bowls, and serving dishes.Here is a closer view of the Waterford crystal available in the sale.As is often the case, there is a television for sale, along with the entertainment shelving unit, and a few LPs.This is a Necchi portable sewing machine, model Mirella.  While an exact year may not be known, somewhere in the 1950s is likely.  Looking for a sofa?  Here is one that looks really comfortable.This picture focuses more on the coffee table, a wood and glass model, but you can also see the sofa as well (or part of it).There are side tables here, too.  Or maybe you need a lamp.This is a different picture of the end table, as well as a pair of dark brown stuffed chairs.In the dining room, you can find this table and four matching chairs.  Look carefully in the back corner for three table leaves.  In this room, a pair of wooden benches sit underneath the framed artwork on the wall.  A glass side table and metal chair sit in front of a tableful of other treasures.Another look at the room's contents, including the tall chairs at the bar, a round, wooden coffee table, and a pair of round barstools.Still in the same room is a small sofa and matching chair with ottoman (or footstool).This is an overview of the room with its contents: barstools, benches, chairs, and more.Here in the kitchen, a microwave, a dish drain, a coffee maker, and lots more appliances and utensils.This is a collection of Storybook Dolls by Nancy Ann.Some of the furniture available here is vintage children's.  This crib, dresser, and bookcase could use a bit of restoration, or leave it as-is.There is an International Furs coat from Los Angeles.There are a few office pieces: two monitors, a flat power strip, desk, and office chair.  Almost out of view is a paper shredder.More desk and/or office furniture is shown here.  There are also a bunch of clothes hangers, a powered automotive ice cooler, a standing fan, TV trays, and more.Plastic tote boxes can be quite useful.  There are some of those here.This bed is for sale.  It seems to be a single.This mattress set, however, looks like a full size.This chest is made by the Lane Furniture company.And here is the Lane Furniture logo of the cedar chest.This dresser has a very dark look.  As does the classic green-glass lamp.This is not the same four-drawer dresser as in the other photo, but it looks quite good, and could be good for you, too.This corner side table certainly evokes a certain look.Here is a mirrored six-drawer dresser that needs a good home.More glasses (or Waterford crystal) are on the table above the four boxes of Homestead plates and cups.There is art in this sale, and this is one of the examples of it.This is another table and chair set, just for you.Along with the vintage children's furniture, a pair of vacuum cleaners, a small bookcase, and a wooden rattan seat.
