A liability release form must be signed by all persons entering the property. Due to the nature of this sale, UNEVEN SURFACES ,stairs OR Steps may be required. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe & healthy;Thank you for your understanding & patience.
~ Cash, Venmo & Charge cards may be optional, 3% fee based on cell access.
~ YOU are responsible for LOADING or scheduling pick up & transportation of your purchase(s).
~All purchases not picked up the day of purchase must be pre approved for a later pick-up...it's the buyers responsibility to arrange for pick up-not to extend LJ Liquidators scheduled sales hours.
~ Please respect the neighbors & neighboring houses; pls DON'T BLOCK their driveways . Thank you.
~ No early bird entries... Doors open at 9:00 am or advertised time.
~ please Do not disturb Liquidators to field questions~they are focused on preparing for the sale & have no time to answer individual questions.
