Welcome back dear customers to another fantastic sale in La Mesa area. This is a three story home full of amazing items for everyone! A sale where you can find a huge collection of book of any category, hand tools, kitchen items, electronics and much more! This is a sale you don’t want to miss. Please come and join us this coming weekend! Also, here it’s a partial list of the items you might find at our sale this weekend. In addition, parking is very limited. Streets are very narrow and you can only park in one direction of the street.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We are delighted to announce that we will be providing an official True Legacy List on the first day of the sale. The list will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Please be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party whose names will be on the list. For example, you can enter "Lee + 3 (San, Chan, Lisa)
- We strongly recommend that you review the photos again on Thursday night. Owners took or removed items to keep them in the same day.
- Please be respectful and avoid blocking neighbors' driveways, even if you are only picking up items or staying for a short period.
- On the other hand, if you plan to purchase heavy or large furniture items at this sale, we suggest bringing extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have a third-party delivery service available. Please ask us about how it works, and we will provide you with more information.
- All sales are final! Please double-check your items and, if possible, test any electronics before making a purchase. There are no refunds!
