All sales are final. Items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees.
Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
Sales tax will be collected on all applicable purchases unless a valid resale certificate is presented.
We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and debit/credit.
Local delivery is available on select items for an additional fee, at the sole discretion of the company. Company is not responsible for damages that may incur should you elect to utilize this service.
Video surveillance is in use throughout the sale for the safety and security of our customers, staff, and merchandise.
Please be respectful of the property and our neighbors. Park legally, do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on the property.
Prices are firm unless otherwise announced by staff. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

There is no sign in list or holding spot in line with a paper. Entry into the sale is first come first serve according to order of individuals in line.

Sale employees assist as able as a courtesy but are not responsible for transporting items to your car.

No holding your spot in line with any items if you leave the property. Once you leave the property you will lose your place in line. You must remain on the property.

Additionally, if there is dishonesty with who is in line at what time, both parties will be sent to the back of the line.
