All Sales Are Final – No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

First Come, First Served – No holds. Entry will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cash Preferred – We accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards may be accepted on purchases over $50, with a 3% fee.

Bring Help to Load – Buyer is responsible for loading and transporting all purchased items. Staff will not be able to assist with loading heavy items.

Vehicles – All vehicles are sold as-is, with paperwork provided (Bill of Sale only). Buyer is responsible for verifying VINs, registration status, and transport.

Security On Site – Shoplifters will be prosecuted. Surveillance is in use.

Children – Please supervise children at all times due to the presence of tools, heavy objects, and machinery.

No Large Bags or Backpacks – For the safety of items and shoppers, large bags may not be permitted inside.

Enter at Your Own Risk – We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property.
