Both cash, Zelle and Venmo are accepted. Credit cards are no longer accepted. The owner and Ruby Jane are not responsible for accidents. Refunds are not given so please check your items. Bring your own manpower to move larger items. We cannot help with moving items. Additionally, please bring your own boxes and shopping bags for your purchases. No purses or oversized jackets are allowed.

All items sold "as is." and all sales are final. Pets are not allowed into the sale. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property and/or other shoppers at all times. Please adhere to all posted safety signs, enter sale at your own risk.

Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email as we cannot be 100% positive on each items tagged sale price and do not want to give the wrong price to you.

In the rare event that two or more people grab for the same item at the same time, we will resolve the situation via an impromptu auction on said item. Beginning with the asking price. The winning bidder will be asked to purchase item at the end of the auction to ensure accuracy.

Markers will be honored.. put out a box as soon as the address is published and then take a picture to hold your place in line.
