We are accepting ONLY CASH if the sale is under $300.

There will not be a lot of room. Entrance may need to be restricted. Please be kind!

Please do not bring children. The SWIMMING POOL IN BACK YARD IS NOT FENCED IN.
Please remember that this is private property, CAMERAS ARE PRESENT and you are a guest . WE DO NOT HONOR LISTS CREATED BY PATRONS.
If you purchase large items you are responsible for paying first for the item, then you are responsible for removing that item from the house, garage, or yard.
