All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle only. We kindly ask that you handle all items with care — you are responsible for any damages caused.

The homeowners, estate sale staff, and property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur on or around the premises during the sale. By attending the sale, you agree to these terms.
JEWELRY
No large purses or bags may be brought into the jewelry area. Credit cards will be accepted for jewelry purchases ONLY, with a 3.5% service fee.
