1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering and bidding in any auction conducted by Alltrades Auction (“Alltrades??), whether in person, online, by telephone, absentee bid, or agent, the bidder (“Buyer??) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing all sales.

Alltrades reserves the right to refuse service, reject bids, cancel sales, or bar any bidder at its sole discretion.

2. BUYER DUE DILIGENCE – NO POST-SALE CLAIMS

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to:

Read the full listing description

Review all provided photographs

Ask questions or request additional images before bidding

Failure to read or understand the listing, photographs, estimates, shipping terms, or auction conditions does not constitute misrepresentation and does not justify a dispute, refund, chargeback, or complaint.

If a lot does not show all angles, quantities, or components, the Buyer must request clarification prior to bidding. Alltrades makes no obligation to provide additional images or details beyond what is shown.

3. CONDITION, AGE & AUTHENTICITY

Condition reports and descriptions are opinions provided as a courtesy only and are not guarantees.

The absence of a condition report does not imply that an item is free from:

Wear

Damage

Repairs

Missing parts

Alterations

Normal wear consistent with age should be expected. Measurements are approximate.

Alltrades makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

Condition

Authenticity

Attribution

Age

Origin

Provenance

Functionality of mechanical, electronic, or timekeeping items

4. PHOTOGRAPHS & DISPLAY VARIATIONS

Photographs are for reference only. Differences in color, tone, clarity, or appearance due to lighting, camera angles, or screen displays do not constitute damage or misrepresentation.

Minor variances between photographs and the received item are expected and are not grounds for dispute.

5. PAYMENT & AUTOPAY

This auction uses LiveAuctioneers Autopay. Upon winning, the Buyer’s payment method will be charged automatically.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days of the auction’s close. Title does not transfer until payment has cleared in full.

Failure to pay may result in:

Cancellation of the sale

Resale of items

Forfeiture of payments

Account suspension

6. BUYER’S PREMIUM & FEES

A Buyer’s Premium applies and is disclosed prior to bidding. Rates may vary by auction.

Credit card payments may incur a 3–3.5% processing fee.
International buyers may be required to submit payment via wire transfer.

7. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Shipping is provided for all items unless otherwise stated.

Items typically ship within 5 business days after payment, though delays may occur due to auction volume, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond Alltrades’ control.

Some items may ship from California, where consigned inventory is securely stored.

Alltrades is not responsible for carrier delays, tracking issues, customs holds, or third-party shipping errors.

Once an item is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the Buyer.

8. SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOSS & INSURANCE

All items are packed with reasonable care.

Alltrades is not liable for:

Carrier-caused damage

Lost or delayed shipments

Customs or international transit issues

Insurance, signature confirmation, or special handling must be requested prior to shipment. Failure to request these services constitutes a waiver of related claims.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the Buyer’s responsibility.

9. FAILURE TO RESPOND, STORAGE & ABANDONMENT

If the Buyer fails to respond to address confirmation or shipping requests:

The invoice remains fully due

No refunds will be issued

Items not shipped or claimed within 14 days may incur a $5/day storage fee.
After 30 days, items may be deemed abandoned and resold without further notice. The Buyer remains liable for all associated costs.

10. DISPUTES, REVIEWS & PLATFORM CLAIMS

By bidding, the Buyer acknowledges that the following do not constitute valid grounds for disputes, chargebacks, negative claims, or seller fault:

Failure to read listings or terms

Subjective dissatisfaction with condition

Normal wear, age-related imperfections

Shipping delays or carrier handling

Differences between photos and item appearance

Buyers agree that Alltrades has fulfilled its obligations when items are accurately listed, properly packed, and transferred to the carrier.

11. TAXES & INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE

Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, duties, import/export permits, and compliance with material or wildlife regulations.

International shipping risks transfer to the Buyer once the item leaves the United States.

12. GOVERNING LAW

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
By bidding, the Buyer consents to exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware courts.
