This is the former Home of the wonderful Silverlake artist Florence Rosen. Her art,  as well as her overall aesthetic for this home will make your eyes dance! It was also the home of an engineer , sailor, and musicians and one  son was an artist in his own right .Needless to say, there is wall to wall examples of all of these artists works  as well as varying styles of art from many different genres and artists . 
The furnishings  of the home  are MCM in style mixed with esoteric and eclectic accent pieces. 
There  is a large collection of cameras, sextants , ceramics, pottery, and mid-century collectibles. Honestly, something for everyone who loves an exciting artistic vibe . 
And , if your eyes get tired from looking at all of these wonderful things, you can take a rest, looking out the window to one of the most beautiful views in Los Angeles. Below is a partial list of some of the items you will find :

In one entire room, and throughout the house, you will find anrt  installations and paintings by Florence Rosen. We will have information about her life and her work available at the sale .

There are also several pieces of art by her son, Jonathan Rosen throughout the home.
