Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home or property.
Leave your purses/backpacks in the car just bring your wallet.
Sign up sheet is placed outside at 6am, first come, first serve. We limit amount of shoppers in at a time.
This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street but be mindful there is Street sweeping Thursday one side of street, read signs!
