Please do not disturb our occupants. Please note that there are cameras recording the area. Please do not disturb our clients, there are no early shopping passes, and the entire property is on surveillance. Your entrance is through the front door, however, please do not approach the front door until tickets are passed out.

**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one hour prior to start of sale to secure your place in line.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale prior to 2 pm. **Unless other arrangements are made with Tania.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home and it is many different levels.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.
