1. Discounts or donations will be offered to ALL California fire victims AND first responders. Sunday 1/26 will be 50% off all.

2. All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day (Buyer responsible)

3. Furniture and Large Items: Please bring the necessary packing materials, tools, and assistance for large or heavy items. Please bring your own moving supplies if purchasing large furniture, appliances, or heavy items. We are unable to assist in moving or carrying large items. Please bring help if needed.

4. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property while on the premises.

5. Street parking available. Please park on the street and do not block driveways.

6. High-value or fragile items such as artwork, china, or antique items may require special handling. Please inquire about any additional terms for these items.

7. All Sales Are Final: All items are sold "As-Is" with no warranties or guarantees. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
