Please review these terms before placing a bid. Bidding opens Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM PT and closes Friday, April 11, 2025, between 7:00 PM and 10:07 PM PT. Each lot has its own closing time, so be sure to check individual listings. Our auction uses a soft close system—if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the bidding on that item will automatically extend by 5 minutes. This helps ensure fair competition for everyone. Inspection is not available for this sale. Please rely on the photos and descriptions provided to evaluate items prior to bidding.

All invoices must be paid in full by 3:00 PM PT on Saturday, April 12, 2025. To make a payment, log into your Orange Blossom Auctions account, click on the “Invoices” tab, and your registered card will be charged in full prior to pick-up. Sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is uploaded.

A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to all winning bids. For example, if your bid is $100, your invoice will total $118 plus any applicable sales tax.

All purchased items must be removed no later than 2:00 PM PT on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Pick-up for this sale will take place on Saturday, April 12, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The exact pick-up address will be listed on your invoice, which will be emailed after the auction closes. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or log into your Orange Blossom Auctions account and look under “Invoices.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their account and locate their invoice following the close of the sale. No alternative pick-up dates or times will be available.

Shipping is available for most small items, but you must confirm shipping eligibility prior to placing bids. We do not provide shipping quotes in advance. The card you have on file will be charged for all shipping-related expenses. By requesting shipping, you are authorizing us to process all associated charges. Shipping requests must be submitted before the scheduled pick-up window ends.

Buyers are responsible for all removal of their purchases. Please plan accordingly by bringing help, packing materials, and any equipment needed to remove your items safely and efficiently within the designated time frame. Double-check that you have collected everything before leaving the property. We cannot guarantee access to the premises after pick-up hours.

If someone other than you will be picking up your items, you must fill out the removal authorization form so we can release your purchases to your approved representative.

An 18% buyer’s premium is applied to all lots in this sale.

All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Items are not tested for functionality or working condition. Buyers who fail to remove their items by the deadline will be charged for their winning bids and any applicable premiums, and their items will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be resold or discarded at the discretion of Orange Blossom Auctions, and no refunds will be issued.

Please note that pick-up dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled. Our auctions are often coordinated with property sales or estate timelines, and all items must be removed during the scheduled pick-up hours. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone else to pick up your items. Failing to do so will result in forfeiture of your purchases without a refund.

All bids are final. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. Placing a bid is a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase and pay all associated fees. Please review photos and descriptions carefully. We do our best to highlight flaws in the listing images, but items are not tested, and condition is not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for evaluating the condition and usability of all items before placing bids. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. You may update your maximum bids at any time through your “My Favorites” tab.

Full payment is required before any item can be removed. You can pay online, or on-site with cash or credit card.

All auctions conducted by Orange Blossom Auctions are considered true auctions under legal definition. Our platform is designed to simulate a live auction experience, where bidding will remain open as long as new bids are being received. This eliminates the chance of last-second “sniping.” If a bid comes in during the final 2 minutes of a lot, 5 minutes will be added to the clock. Bidding continues until no additional bids are placed. Lots close at a pace of approximately three per minute, so please monitor countdown timers closely.

Some photographs may include items used to show scale, such as measuring tapes, coins, or currency. These items are not included unless explicitly stated in the lot description.
