John Moran Auctioneers is pleased to present ReDesigned, an auction of more than 280 lots showcasing how art, décor, and furniture can transform interiors. Fine Art represents many important 20th/21st century art movements, including Abstract Expressionism, Modernism, Illustration, and Contemporary. Highlights include two portraits by Joan Savo from the artist’s estate, and portraits and commercial works by Mario Zamparelli, the noted designer for Howard Hughes. The sale also includes fresh-to-market works by Pablo Picasso, Alexander Calder, Friedensreich Hundertwasser, Leo Politi, Fletcher Benton, and Tarmo Pasto. The decorative arts selection includes fine examples of Rockwood, Roseville, Weller, Dresden, bronzes, Versace dishes by Rosenthal, Steuben, Lalique, and Baccarat.
