Please note this estate is not Wheelchair accessible and has multiple levels and uneven ground.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The property is fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
** We do not use a sign in list. People will be let in on a first come basis.
**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

** The sale is going to be held inside a storefront/warehouse in Santa Clarita. It is an entire house that has been boxed and brought here to sell due HOA rules against estate sales. So please look for the address which will be posted Sunday morning at 7 AM.
- Collectibles ~ You will find a large collection of oddities. (There is taxidermy, a vintage/antique baby casket, occult books and collectibles, etc.) There are CDs, posters, vinyl records, dolls, 90’s rave memorabilia, Hello Kitty, Barbie, Carebear, The Dark Crystal, Star Wars, Garbage Pail Kids, Ren and Stimpy, Pans Labyrinth, Paul Frank, vintage stickers, vintage toys and plush stuffed animals (Vintage Rushton rubber face bunny). - Clothing ~ There is a collection of vintage concert and band tshirt collection, vintage punk and rock shirts, a huge selection of y2k goth 90’s and early 2000’s clothing with sizes ranging from small to 3X.
