You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

NEWPORT BEACH (The Heights) ESTATE SALE
A few requests and rules...
(Important please read)
For this sale, please email me once, beginning Tuesday, January 13 to attend. You will be emailed by the night before your appointment with your time slot and address.
Do not email multiple times or be demanding in tone, either will result in no appointment.
Do not ask prices (we do not give out prices) or when pictures will be posted (we post once we have set up and when it is appropriate.) Requesting prices and pictures will also result in no appointment.
Sale will most likely be Thursday through Sunday but once we set up will have a better idea of the days we will conduct the sale

Our first sale of 2026...We finished 2025 with beautiful, important sales, and in 2026 conducted 6 sales alone on Lido Isle....
Our first sale in Newport in 2026 is comprised of European, American and designer furniture and small items....There are also some items from the family's desert home that may spark interest. A large house with an interesting combination of everything....Details once we start organizing next week so please check back.
