Welcome to our family friends sale. We are honored to have been asked to perform the sale for this wonderful family.

Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item, only our team/staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. We reserve the right to sell any item to the highest bidder .

Please be respectful to this family's beautiful home full of treasures and memories.
1. Do not park on driveway unless loading. DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBORS driveway.
2. Not Responsible for Accidents, please be careful :)
3. Please park in designated parking areas. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
4. Enter at your own risk, we are not responsible for injuries.
