Due to an increase in theft, we are no longer allowing large purses into our sales. Please bring your pocket book/wallet, your own boxes or cloth bags. ALL BAGS AND BOXES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

We Distribute Entrance Numbers BY 7:30 AM on Sale Days - Name Lists will be DISCARDED! Your Entrance Number will be used:
1) To Enter the Sale
2) To Access Jewelry & Locked Cases

NOTE: If you place a Box or Placeholders at the front door, you will need to be on the premises or in your car in front of the sale to protect your spot. If you leave, you LOSE your place in line! Aversa Estate Sales is NOT responsible for YOU losing your position in line and will NOT intervene!

Any arguments or altercations due to LINE ISSUES at the front door will be dealt with by the POLICE. Those involved will NOT be allowed in the sale and will be banned from ALL future Aversa Estate Sales!

Resellers MUST BRING a copy of a valid California Resale Permit and register, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL ITEMS are sold AS IS, Where Is. NO Refunds - No Returns - No Exchanges

If you purchase Furniture, PLEASE bring assistance to move and load your purchase. We will have LIMITED assistance to help
If you purchase Appliances, please bring TOOLS to disconnect and HELP to LOAD your purchase!
All items must be removed from the house by 12:00 NOON on Saturday OR other arrangements MUST be made BEFORE you purchasing.
