The Estate of George Stuart

We are so excited to present the estate of George Stuart, a local and national treasure. George Stuart was a prominent American sculptor and historian, well-known for his lifelike, quarter-life-sized “Historical Figures”. He created over 400 figures, which were used to illustrate his historical monologues. His subjects included figures from American, French, English, and Chinese history, and his work was known for its meticulous attention to historical accuracy.
