Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item, only our team/staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. We reserve the right to sell any item to the highest bidder on high demand items.

Please be respectful to the neighbors & DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS. Moreso please be respectful to this family's beautiful historic home full of treasures and memories.
