This part one Sale is located off the alley behind the pizza parlor in the warehouse and container. Again, this is part one , part two will be next week on the 23rd. Part two, also in Oxnard, is three storage units packed with the balance of this estate. Hundreds of frames, High End Antiques, Records, Vintage Electronics and more. You must be on a list to go to the part two sale so see Tania at the part one sale and get on that list.

Please do not disturb our occupants. All valuables are brought back to the site at County Sales the day of the sale. Please note that there are cameras recording the area and PGPA Deputies on site at all times during the sale.

**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one half hour only at this sale prior to start of sale to secure your place in line.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale prior to 2 pm. **Unless other arrangements are made with Tania.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.

**Very important for this sale, we will be selling the vehicle by private ballot. Best offer taken above reserve and the car is being sold at start of sale.
