DO NOT PARK IN THE CUL-DE-SAC THAT THE CONDO IS LOCATED. PARK ON RUTLEDGE WAY AND WALK UP TO THE HOME. THERE ARE ONLY 3 PARKING SPACES ON THE STREET THAT THE SALE IS ON & ITS TRASH DAY. WE WILL ASK YOU TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU PARK IN THE CUL-DE-SAC.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL . WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES BEFORE THE SALE: We work on multiple homes at the same time and correctly quoting prices is almost impossible.

PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK PEOPLES DRIVEWAYS, THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE MAIN ROAD. The sign in sheet will be posted between 7:15 am - 8:00 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before the address is released, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
