We have chosen this weekend for the Gallery Estate Sale located in the Historic Armstrong Building. Vicinity: E.Third Street and Garey Avenue in Pomona. This sale will be located in the sub-terranean level warehouse. Cellar Expedition room. Entry will be at the front door. This is a fun one!

For many years the David Armstrong family retail business was known for their high quality  beautiful Murano art glass, ceramic, porcelain, art, decor, limited editions, and there is a lot of residual of that type of inventory. We also found an eclectic inventory of architectural salvage of what is believed to be from the original beginning of this building that was a hotel circa 1900.  Doors, decorative iron, decorative heating, lighting, furnishings for public rooms, etc.  Mr. Armstrong worked with his dear friend Red Skelton to create his famous art onto porcelain and exclusively represented that art  form of Skelton's collectible  hand colored and signed character plates which are also available in original packaging and COA's.
