No large purses will be allowed in the business - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co of Coachella Valley and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the business. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. YOU MUST ENTER ONE OF THESE TWO GUARD GATES: 1.)GERALD FORD & MISSION HILLS DRIVE GATE OR 2.)DINAH SHORE & MISSION HILLS DRIVE GATE OR YOU RISK BEING DENIED ENTRY. PARK IN GUEST PARKING OR ON THE SREET DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF GARGES.

NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We work on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. It is impossible to remember prices correctly.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.

The sign in sheet will be posted between 8:00 am-8:30 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before we arrive, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
