Items may be new, unused, or pre-owned and may show signs of use or wear. Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase.
We make reasonable efforts to disclose known defects or obvious condition issues; however, all sales remain final.

PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash
All digital payments must be received and confirmed at the time of purchase. Items are not considered sold until payment is fully received.

HOLDS & PICKUP POLICY
NO EXTENDED HOLDS.
All purchased items must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Items not picked up by the agreed deadline will be considered abandoned, and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. We reserve the right to resell, donate, or otherwise dispose of unclaimed items at our sole discretion.
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal, handling, and transportation of purchased items. Bring appropriate help and equipment for large or heavy items.

SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE
ENTRY INTO THE SALE PREMISES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
By entering the premises, all visitors voluntarily assume any and all risks of injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising before, during, or after the sale.
The premises may contain furniture, tools, equipment, cords, stairs, elevators, heavy objects, and other potential hazards. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying persons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the sellers, property owners, and their representatives shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in this sale, including but not limited to:
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Falling objects
• Cuts or other injuries
• Equipment malfunction
• Elevator use
• Loading, lifting, or removal of purchased items
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Buyers are responsible for ensuring safe transport of items. Assistance may not be available.
By entering the premises and/or making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
