We advise all bidders to read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale before bidding with SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AUCTION GALLERY INC. referred to below as SCAG is subject to the following conditions of sale that may be modified or supplemented by oral announcements prior to or during the sale. By bidding at this auction each purchaser and bidder agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale.

TERMS OF SALES

When bidding on any of lot offered by SCAG the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to agreement of these terms whether or not you read or understand said terms. The Terms in writing contained herein are subject to change without notice and bidder agree that most recently published Terms of Sales as published or amended on the website at beginning of auction shall apply.

CODITION OF SALE

SCAG makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, however, ITEM/LOTS ARE ALL SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS, Statements and descriptions contained on the Internet information, bill of sale, invoice, by auctioneer or elsewhere as to the manufacturer, period, culture, origin, measurement, quality, rarity, provenance, importance, historical relevance or physical condition ARE QUALIFIED STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY AND ARE NOT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. We will assist you personally or by telephone, providing a physical description about dimension or color that exactly match with item/lot images. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and description, we recommend you have an expert of your choice examine and research the item or lot for you. It?s bidder?s responsibility to determine exact condition of each item. All Bidders rely solely on their personal inspection and not on information listed on the Site or otherwise provided by Auctioneer and employees or Owner/Seller. We are not liable due to the inherent nature of the age of these antiques and items. Returns will not be accepted any under circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.

BUYER?S PREMIUM
A 26% buyer?s premium will be added to all successful bids in the online only auction and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase cost.
PAYMENT, INTEREST & STORAGE FEES
All bidding and purchases at the auction will be in U.S. Dollars. For most auctions, settlement for payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashiers? checks, Visa/MasterCard, or wire transfer of funds, Invoiced purchases in excess of $5,000 must be paid by bank wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be provided upon request. Invoices will be auto charged to the credit card used during your registration for the full amount due once shipping has been added, usually within 24 hours following the auction. A copy of the paid invoice will be sent by email. It is the buyer?s responsibility to obtain and send any additional information necessary, including FFL information, to initiate transfer and shipping. (15% APR) effective 30 days from the invoice date. All goods not retrieved by Buyer within 30 days after the invoice date, shall be subject to a storage fee of $50 per regular sized item per month or $100 per oversized item per month.
In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, SCAG will proceed with the legal steps necessary to protect its interests and will block the bidder from future auction participation.
PACKING/SHIPPING
It is the bidder?s responsibility to take shipping, handling, and insurance costs into consideration when bidding on items SCAG will pack and ship item to the buyer at the listed address. Any risk of loss or damage to the item(s) during transit via DHL, or any other carrier, is at the risk of the buyer.
? SHIPPING TERM - All applicable charges will be applied to the invoice. Shipping will be based on actual costs via DHL, USPS, FEDEX or other carriers required based upon the contents of the shipment. Packaging and insurance will vary in cost depending on the items on each invoice. Standard items packed internally by SCAG will ship approximately fourteen to twenty (15-20) business days after payment is received. Oversize and breakable items, which SCAG will indicate on the invoice will ship based upon the buyer?s arrangement with a 3rd party shipper
? INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ? SCAG welcomes our international customers. SCAG can provide upon request a complete process and set of recommended company contacts with whom the Buyer can work to understand the steps, timing, and cost to acquire items at auction. It shall be the potential buyer?s sole responsibility to research and satisfy the requirements of any laws and regulations that apply to the import and export of property Any for paying all shipping costs customs and duties on the items will be responsible by buyer
